It arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and it's comfortable, but it's not too tight. I ordered an XL because I knew I have broad shoulders, and even so it was difficult for me to put it on. Apart from that, it fulfills its purpose and effectively helps keep my back straight, but not my neck.
