Honestly, I didn't expect this. It's quite easy to handle, has 3 levels of steam intensity, can steam alone, rotate alone, or both, with practical accessories. I hope it will last a long time because my Karcher didn't last 3 years.
The mop is nice, it cleans very well. The downside could be the small water container. Very fast delivery. I recommend it.

I'm glad I ordered it, although I had my doubts. The laminate doesn't get as wet as I was worried it would. I can now finish mopping quickly, but I just wish it had a longer cord.
Everything works well, both the cloths and the steam. I have bought new mops as replacements; they measure 16 cm. Are there replacements available?

Definitely does a deep clean on my floors
The shipment arrived in Poland in 5 days. It cleans floors, tiles, and parquet nicely. The set includes 2 cloths and many attachments that I probably will never use. I recommend it.
So far it's okay, it cleans well, the steam is strong and hot, there's an adjustment option, the indicator lights are on, just the tank could be a bit bigger.
Very satisfied! It came with 6 cleaning pads. There was also an instruction manual, but it's self-explanatory. The electric mop fits perfectly with the Dyson. It rotates well and cleans perfectly. Very happy with it. And it was shipped quickly.
Mop head and pads arrived quickly and in a well packaged box.
Water tank initially looks a little small, but surprisingly holds a lot of liquid for cleaning.
The little foot pump to let water out is a little annoying as the mop head needs to be turned off, button pressed to release water, and then you can continue mopping up - wish there was a better way for the solution to be released from the tank.
Other than this one issue, i'm very satisfied with my purchase as its helping me keep my floors clean after my dogs track in dirt and debris
The mop is very good, I've been using it for a long time and everything is OK, but the problem is that there are no spare parts for it, such as mop cloths, so we are stuck with just one set, which doesn't encourage buying because if they wear out, you have to buy a new mop.

The mop itself works and really cleans the floor with steam. I did the tests, everything is fine. However, I didn't check if there are three levels of steam. But the kitchen is cleaned, the hallway too, and a part of the living room. And there was no water left in the tank. But the mop doesn't drip and has an electric cord about 5 m long. For me, everything is OK! It's a pity that there are no spare covers, but now I know which ones to buy and I will order them. Before the holidays, I'll clean a couple more doors and cabinets.. We vacuum first and then mop, it has worked very well for us, cleans well and you don't strain your back. If you leave it standing for a while, the water container lets out a little water and makes a puddle, but it's not a big deal. It arrived quickly and well. We are very happy with this product.
